Velpr subscription
This describes the facility owner’s subscription, not the subscriptions of users of a facility.
Standard subscription
Section titled “Standard subscription”You normally need a Standard subscription to have a fully functional facility for rental and booking.
All features are available in the other subscription plans too, but on the “Free” plan they are only available for a limited number of orders.
The Standard subscription is paid monthly by card via the payment service Stripe. You do not need to have a relationship with Stripe to sign up, but it can be useful to know who handles these transactions.
Create a subscription
Section titled “Create a subscription”When you create a facility you can choose to set up the subscription right away and avoid having to deal with a trial period running out. You still get a trial period and a credit before the system starts charging. You do this by choosing the Standard plan during the creation of the facility.
If you have started out on a “Free” plan or gone straight to a customised plan, you can at any time upgrade to the Standard plan by going to admin → facility → account for the relevant facility.
Under Account you can see the current plan and a button that lets you switch to Standard.
Manage subscription
Section titled “Manage subscription”When you have a Velpr subscription you can at any time go to admin → facility → account to see the subscription status. You will now have a button that takes you to Stripe’s portal to manage the subscription — e.g. view invoices, change payment card or cancel the subscription.
