Releasing tickets

Ticket holders can now choose to release tickets to other users. Administrators and supporters can also release tickets to other users.

This feature is available in the ticket details:

If you have several tickets, or the rights to release tickets on behalf of others, you choose which tickets to release in the next dialog.

I have chosen to call it releasing rather than cancelling, since the ticket is not refunded by the system.

An email about the release is sent to those affected by it.
