Group price
Section titled “Group price”You can now set a surcharge for groups. You decide how many people can train on one ticket before the group price kicks in. Group price is configured together with rental times under admin > rental > Rental times > Rental times.
When buying a ticket, a dialog appears where you can choose the number of people who will train together.
This is then shown in the cart and on the receipt.
Flexible activity
Section titled “Flexible activity”In the same way as with group price, you can now let the person who buys the first ticket choose the activity. This is most useful for group slots where several people buy tickets independently of each other.
This is also configured under admin > rental > Rental times > Rental times.

Calendar integration
Section titled “Calendar integration”An early version of calendar integration has been added. Under admin > facility > account you can now set a secret key for export to an external calendar. This displays a URL that you can import into your calendar.
Any calendar that supports the iCal format can import this URL.
Note that this is an admin feature and exposes GDPR information about the users of the system — so be careful about sharing this URL.
If the URL falls into the wrong hands, you can create a new calendar secret and thereby invalidate the previous URL.
Alternative text for the slot picker and calendar
Section titled “Alternative text for the slot picker and calendar”It is now possible to set an alternative text for the slot picker and the calendar. This can be used to give the user a better understanding of what they are choosing, whether it is fixed times, normal rental times or events.
This is configured under admin > rental > rental times or fixed times, as well as under events and times.
Changes to the slot picker
Section titled “Changes to the slot picker”The slot picker is now better adapted to two columns and makes more extensive use of the activity or alternative text.
