Period and punch cards

Card	Gives
Punch card	A set number of free slots during a period.
Season pass (period card)	As many free slots as you like, from one date to another.

Buy season and punch cards

Buy season pass above the cart opens the window. The button is grey until you sign in.

Part	Means
The name	The card the facility sells.
From 08. Oct 26: 5 punches	A punch card valid from the date, with five punches.
From 08. Oct 26 to 08. Nov 26	A period card valid from the first date up to and including the last.
Kr 1000,-	The price.

Some cards follow fixed periods, for example half a year. The same card can then be listed twice — for this period and for the next one.

In the cart the card is shown as Punch card or Season pass, and on the receipt with its name.

When the card is used

The card is used automatically on slots it covers. You do not choose a card.

Where	You see
The slot card	0 kr and a green %.
The info box	0 kr, the regular price struck through, and the Discount badge.
The cart	The slot at full price, and below it the card’s name with the deduction, for example -300.00.

A card covers a slot when

• the slot is within the card’s days, courts and times,
• the slot starts while the card is valid,
• the card has punches left — slots in the cart count too,
• the card is not paused.

Many facilities let a card cover only one ticket per slot. If you buy two tickets for the same slot, you pay for the second one.

If you have several cards that fit, the one with the fewest punches is used first — punch cards before period cards.

Caution

A card in the cart does not apply to slots in the same cart. Pay for the card first, and book the slots afterwards.

Punches and releasing

Each ticket uses one punch. If you release a slot, you do not get the punch back.

The card badge in the cart

If you have cards, a ticket icon with a number is shown in the heading of the cart. The number is how many cards you have that are valid now.

Colour	Means
Normal	The cards are valid.
Red	At least one of the cards has been paused by the facility.
Grey	No cards are valid now, but at least one starts later.

Tap the icon to go to Min side (My page).

Min side

Column	Means
Card name	The name of the card.
Valid from	When the card starts to apply.
Valid to	When the card stops applying.
Punches	Number of punches. 0 means a period card — unlimited.
Punches used	How many you have used.
Time and place	The days, courts and times the card applies to.
Paused	Whether the facility has paused the card. If so, it covers no slots.

The eye on the row opens Punch card details, which also shows the Pause comment — the facility’s reason.
