Buy gift card
Section titled “Buy gift card”
Buy gift card is shown above the cart when the facility sells gift cards. The button is grey until you sign in.

| Gift card amount | 100,-, 300,- or 500,-. |
| Custom amount | A different amount in kroner, from 1 to 2000. Otherwise it says Amount must be between 1 and 2000. |
| Personal message (optional) | Shown in the email with the gift card. |
| Recipient email (optional) | The gift card is sent here instead of to you. |
| Add to cart | Adds the gift card to the cart. |
In the cart it says Buy gift card: with the code. The code is created by Velpr — you cannot choose it yourself.
After the purchase

| The Gavekort (Gift card) email | The message, the code and the amount. Sent to the recipient if you gave one, otherwise to you — never to both. |

The email does not say how long the gift card is valid, or how to use it. If you send it to someone, it is a good idea to tell them yourself.
Validity and balance
Section titled “Validity and balance”- A gift card is valid for one year from when it was bought.
- It can be used on anything in the cart: slots, events, period and punch cards, and new gift cards.
- Several gift cards can be used in the same purchase. Each one deducts what is left to pay, one after another.
- No more than the total is ever deducted. The rest stays on the gift card.
- If you cancel the payment, the gift card gets the amount back.
- If you release a slot or a ticket you paid for with a gift card, the gift card does not get the amount back.
There is no page where you can see how much is left on a gift card.
Messages
Section titled “Messages”If the code is wrong or the gift card cannot be used, the Invalid gift card window appears with one of these:

| Gavekortet finnes ikke eller er ikke aktivt enda. (The gift card does not exist or is not active yet.) | The code is wrong, or the gift card has not been paid yet. |
| Ingen verdi på gavekortet. (No value on the gift card.) | The gift card has no value. |
| Gavekortet er oppbrukt. (The gift card is used up.) | The whole amount has been used. |
| Gavekortet er utgått (The gift card has expired) | More than one year has passed. |
