Club codes
Club codes are created under Club codes in admin. The screen is only for administrators and owners.
The fields

The order in the list (the arrows) makes no difference to how the codes work.
| Usage | Does |
|---|---|
| Slot booking | Unlocks slots with Status Available with a club code that match Time and place. |
| Season pass | Makes slots free — one ticket per slot. Not the same as a bought period card. |
The list can also show Slot discount, Event sign-up and Event discount on older codes. They cannot be chosen in the window. Slot discount and Event discount have no effect; the discount is controlled by Rental discount type.
What the customer sees

The code is not shown on the receipt, and must be entered again for the next order. Slots that are already in the cart do not get a discount or season pass from a code that is added afterwards.
Together with cards, groups and discounts
Section titled “Together with cards, groups and discounts”For a slot, the price is worked out in this order:
- A period or punch card that covers the slot — free.
- A club code with Season pass — free.
- The lowest of: the rental slot’s discount, the club code’s discount, and an optional price the customer has chosen. Discounts are not combined.
A club code does not open slots that are Group only. Groups and club codes are two separate locks. See Groups.
