Highlight

Users can now edit and release their own event tickets directly from My Page. In addition, improvements have been made to ensure that new users get the correct user data created when they first log in.

Edit and release event tickets

Users can now manage their own event tickets:

• Edit ticket information: Update participant information (name, dog etc.) and additional information up until the deadline for changes
• Release ticket: Free up your place so that others can sign up

Changes are made from My Page or directly on the event page where the tickets are shown.

Administrators can also now manage tickets from the participant list on the event, including the option to release tickets on behalf of users.

Better handling of new users

Several improvements have been made to ensure that new users get the correct user data created when they first log in:

• User data is now created in a more robust way that prevents bookings from being registered with a missing name or email
• The dialog for filling in personal details is now shown at the right time and without interruptions
• The backend has an extra safety check that ensures user data exists before payment starts

This solves problems some new users have experienced where bookings were registered with empty name and email fields.

Fix for sold-out status on events

Events now show the correct sold-out status. Previously, events could incorrectly be shown as sold out even when there were places available.

• Improved date comparison for sign-up deadlines
