Clear cache

Sometimes data that the browser has stored locally can cause problems when new versions of a site come out. See known issues for information about such cases.

If you find yourself needing to clear the browser cache, you can follow the steps below for your browser. Note that the steps differ slightly between mobile phones and computers, and between browser types. So see if you can find the right procedure.

  1. Click the small icon to the left of the address in the address bar.
